All things considered, this was a good week. We didn't join the gym until Wednesday and were able to go twice. In addition, we took advantage of some GORGEOUS NC weather to go on a couple of family walks.
Full calorie soft drink weaning is going ok. I am not going to post what I've gone from and to on that one because frankly, it is embarrassing, but trust me, I'm getting there! :) I've discovered that Diet Sprite isn't so bad.
I've definitely made better choices with food.
So, without further ado, here are the results:
Start of the week: +15.5 from goal
Loss this week: -1.6
To go: 13.9
I'm happy with that! I know sensible weight loss is about 1-2 lbs per week, so that was a pretty good week. Still lots of work to be done though! :)
